The Shanghai International Food Fair 2011  is organised by Shanghai Mart, and co-organised by Borneo International Expo Sdn. Bhd. (BiE) : Malaysian Pavillion Co-organiser for the Malaysian Pavillion, to provide a platform for International food and beverage products suppliers to expand trade activities into China retail market especially Shanghai and Eastern China. 

The food fair is strongly supported by JMA (organiser of Foodex Japan), which is taking up 100 Japanese booths.  Besides Japan, other countries involved in the food fair are Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Phillipine. 

Exhibitors include those involved in all types of bottled / packed / canned / preserved and non-perishable imported food and beverage products (ready-to-serve food products).
